Terms and Conditions

Version 2026-10-24. These terms are between you (the business using the app) and Airxy Tech Private Limited, Flat No. 5039/3, Modern Housing Complex, Sector 13, Manimajra, Chandigarh 160101, India ("Airxy", https://airxy.in). By using the Airxy Business app you agree to them.

1. Who may use the app

The app is only for businesses that Airxy has registered. There is no public sign-up. A location admin or Airxy staff add your business and each phone number allowed to log in. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.

2. What the app does

You use the app to tell Airxy that an order is ready, or how long it will take. Airxy location admins are notified and can send a rider to pick it up and deliver it to your customer. Airxy does not prepare, price or take payment for your orders through the app.

3. Your account

• You log in with a one-time code sent by WhatsApp to your phone number.
• Keep your phone and WhatsApp secure. Do not share codes or let others use your login. Each person should use their own registered number.
• Tell Airxy at once if a phone is lost or you suspect misuse. You are responsible for what is done through your login.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

• give accurate order details: order number, customer name, drop address, and ready time;
• send an order only when it is real, and mark it ready only when it is;
• not use the app for anything unrelated to your Airxy orders, not abuse or harass anyone, and not send unlawful content;
• not misuse the AI assistant, for example to produce harmful content or to try to get around limits;
• not try to break, probe or overload the app, share access, or fake your location.

5. Your customers and consent

You must have your customer's permission to share their name, address and (if given) mobile number with Airxy for the purpose of delivery. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you send. Airxy will use them only as described in the Privacy Notice.

6. AI assistant

The app uses AI to read your typed or spoken message and fill in the order. AI can make mistakes, including with names, numbers and addresses. You must check the confirmation card carefully before you tap Confirm. Once you confirm, the order is treated as sent by you.

7. Availability and maintenance

We try to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available. We may pause it for maintenance or updates, and we may require you to update the app to continue. Delivery depends on riders, traffic and other things outside our control.

8. Fees

Any fees or charges for Airxy services are as agreed separately between you and Airxy. Nothing in the app creates a charge by itself.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Notice, which you accept together with these terms.

10. Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Airxy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost business, delays, or errors caused by wrong information you provided, AI mistakes you did not catch, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid Airxy in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and ending

Airxy may suspend or deactivate your business or any login at any time, for example for misuse, inaccurate orders, security reasons or if our arrangement ends. You may stop using the app at any time and can ask Airxy to close your account. Sections that by nature should continue (such as liability and governing law) continue after that.

12. Changes

We may change these terms or the Privacy Notice. When we do, the version changes and the app asks you to accept again before you continue. If you do not accept, you cannot keep using the app.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chandigarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
